Do you offer tech support?

Yes! We want to make sure you’re comfortable using our devices, so we’re happy to answer questions when they come up. We provide tech support from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. CST.

What is the minimum and maximum amount of time I can rent a POS system?

Our minimum rental period is 1 day. We do not have a maximum rental period. Pay upfront, and you can use it for as long as you need!

What if my venue doesn’t have Wi-Fi?

We offer AT&T Wi-Fi terminals in case your venue doesn’t have Wi-Fi. You can also connect our devices to a hotspot. Our devices have the option to run in “offline mode” as well, but there is risk of running a card that doesn’t go through. All transactions completely upload when reconnected to a WiFi signal.
